Join Our On-Call Team

Job Description

1. Support case managers by assisting with participant and guests needs at the front office desk (make keys, provide bus passes, refill coffee, etc)

2. Assist with cleaning empty rooms including washing and folding hotel linens

3. Assist with organizing storage rooms and clothing closets

4. Ensure safety of participants, staff, and visitors by keeping property clean and free of clutter

5. Engage with individuals who are experiencing houselessness to build relationships

6. Maintain effective communication with all relevant leadership team members.

7. Other assigned tasks and duties appropriate to the position.

8. Adhere to all state and federal privacy and security regulations applicable to the program, and to Greater Good policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security.

9. Capable of following strict PPE guidelines and respecting safety boundaries around the COVID-19 pandemic.

Preferred Experience:

Lived experience in houslessness.

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Starting Wage:

$28.84/hr
