Program Overview

Within the Bridge shelter program, is our Housing Navigation and Retention Team. This team's focus and operation capacity is geared toward the assistance in obtaining long-term housing suitable for that individual and assists the individual in navigating barriers for their first year in housing, to ensure retention.
